We use the highest quality authentic peppers and spices from China’s Western Sichuan Province bringing together authentic spicy, numbing malatang flavors, with a subtle twist.

Larry and Tammy met in San Francisco in 1999 and poured their lives into creating an authentic noodle shop from their Western Chinese roots. Accolades came quickly for their spicy, numbing and tingly dishes, all dripping with the famous Wild Ginger Chili Crisp.
